Best Practices
Limit Flags
Don't flag everything. Keep it to 3-7 tasks maximum.
Why? If everything is priority, nothing is priority.
Daily Review
Each morning:
- Review flagged tasks
- Unflag completed items
- Flag today's priorities
Temporary Marking
Flags are temporary. Use for current priorities, not permanent importance.
Combine with Due Dates
Flag + Due Date = Clear priorities with deadlines
Flag vs Star
| Flagged Task | Starred Project |
|---|---|
| Individual tasks | Entire projects |
| Temporary priority | Ongoing importance |
