Task Status

Locus has four task statuses:

• Active: participates normally in views and availability.
• Paused: temporarily not advancing; descendants are unavailable.
• Completed: records a completion date and enters Logbook.
• Canceled: no longer intended.

Status is different from availability. An active task can still be blocked or unavailable because of order, parent state, defer, or action list.
