The Logbook is a chronological record of all completed Tasks and archived Projects in Locus GTD, providing a complete history of your accomplishments.

What's in the Logbook

Completed Tasks

All tasks marked as complete:

  • Task title and details
  • Completion date and time
  • Original project

Archived Projects

Projects moved to archive:

  • Project name and description

  • All completed tasks
  • Project outcome
  • Final notes

Filter Options

  • By Date: Today, week, month, year
  • By Project: Specific project completions
  • By Tag: Tagged completions
  • By Type: Tasks vs projects

Search completed items:

  • By title
  • By notes

  2. Tap to open
  3. Select Restore
  4. Item returns to active
