Due Date

A Due Date is the latest time by which a task must be completed. An unfinished task remains overdue after this time; it is not automatically moved to Today.

A due date can trigger a standard due notification or, on a supported iPhone, an alarm reminder. Use it only for a real deadline. Use a Plan Date for ordinary scheduling.

A subtask's due date cannot be later than the due boundary of its parent task or project.
