Custom Notification

A Custom Notification is one of one or more future system notification times added to a task. It can occur before a deadline, independently of a deadline, or as a follow-up for a waiting item.

Custom notifications always use standard system notifications. They do not become AlarmKit alarms when alarm reminders are enabled. They share the system pending-notification allowance with other time and location notifications.
